These Terms regulate the distance sale of Products offered on the Site. The information on product pages must be read together with these Terms.
Affiliation and Responsibility: The Customer acknowledges that this Site operates in an affiliate capacity. The sales contract is finalized and confirmed via telephone by the supplier/vendor. Therefore, liability for the merchandise sold lies with the seller who closes the order telephonically.
Product Images: The images of the products shown on the Site are for representative purposes only. Their primary function is to illustrate what the product does and its functionality. They may not perfectly reflect the real object in question (e.g., slight variations in color, design, or packaging).
The Customer must clearly see the final price and any applicable costs before sending the Order.
Prices are indicated in EUR and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated.
Any additional costs (e.g., shipping, cash on delivery surcharge) are indicated before the Order is sent.
The Customer sends the Order by filling in the required data and confirming the submission.
The contract is considered concluded when the Seller sends an order confirmation via email and/or when the confirmation page is shown at the end of the procedure, or upon telephone confirmation by the operator.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered.
Cash on Delivery only: payment to the courier according to the methods indicated at checkout. Any commissions are shown before the Order.
No risk: you pay only upon delivery, after receiving the package.
